Yields assume no additions or withdrawals made during the guaranteed period. After the initial guaranteed interest rate period, the policy will receive a renewal rate on each policy anniversary that is guaranteed for one year. For the 1-year initial interest rate guarantee, the GMIR is 0.50% during the surrender period and 0.05% after the surrender period.  For the 3-year initial interest rate guarantee, the GMIR is 1.00% during the surrender period and 0.05% after the surrender period.  In NY, the GMIR for both interest rate guarantees is 1%. both during and after the surrender period.   Please call your representative for current interest rates on premium amounts of $1,500,000 or more.

The interest rate is an effective annual yield based upon a nominal rate which is compounded daily. Yields assume no additions or withdrawals made during the guaranteed period. After the initial guaranteed interest rate period, the policy will receive a new renewal interest rate that is guaranteed for one year which will never be less than your GMIR as stated in your policy.
